With 16 years of experience in the field as sales manager in a large-scale organization and as a leader of long and short term implementation processes, I have worked with companies which provide business information, communications, medications, retail, automotive, delivery and more.
As a business trainer I utilize my past experience in sales, once as a strategic customer manager in "Cellcom Telecommunications" Company and as a retail sales manager in "Kitan textile industries". My vast experience allows me to answer professional dilemmas effectively while showing empathy and understanding of the many challenges which arise in the complex field of sales.
As an experienced and successful coach and facilitator, my training approach is aimed at improving performances and achieving the goals set by the customers. I specialize in the designing and delivering of high-potential-managers programs including executive coaching programs for targeted individuals in the business.
